In 2009, SICA welcomed 34 guests from 21 different countries. The majority of the programmes was the result of a cooperation with other organisations in the Dutch cultural field. October was the busiest month, with delegations visiting the Dutch Chamber Music Meeting (organised by Music Center the Netherlands) and the Balkan Snapshots Festival.
