Brazil Today Network Dinner

Brazil Today is an informal network dinner about cultural exchange between Brazil and the Netherlands, organized by Central de Cultura in cooperation with SICA. 

The goal of the network dinner is to share knowledge, experience and contacts on the cultural exchange programme between Dutch and Brazilian cultural operators. Juca Ferreira, former Minister of Culture of Brazil, will open the evening with a key note speech.

Table Conversation Topics
There will be eight dinner tables, focusing on different themes. Every participant is welcome to join a table of their choice and participate in the conversation on the theme. The themes are: Community Arts, Contemporary Dance, Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Architecture, Creative Industry, Literature and General Cultural Developments. Participants can indicate their two preferences of theme when registering. We will take your preference into account as much as possible.

Central de Cultura
Central de Cultura is a joint cultural funding programme of six Dutch public culture funds, aiming to intensify cultural exchange between Brazil and The Netherlands. The programme will run for two years (2011-2012).
